“Gary was awesome. He asked me to stop by at 3:00 on Tuesday. He was on time. He met me at the vehicle to look at the damage done by a man backing into my Tahoe. He brought polishing compound out and went to work polishing the scratch right out....for free. I have never been a customer and he doesn't know me so I found this to be pretty crazy. He is an honest guy trying to help out. I will FOR SURE bring my Audis to him to work on a few dents and scratches. The Golden Hammer will most certainly be my "Go To" spot for any dents and scratches from now on. I hardly ever find anyone willing to go out of their way to help and ask nothing in return. “The insurance estimate was $10,000 to repair the hail damage on our 2017 Subaru. That included replacing the front hood, roof (yes, replace the roof ! ), and body trim; and repair the fenders, doors and tailgate. The car was in excellent condition before the hail damage so I went to a highly recommended body shop. After waiting 1 yr, the car was still not repaired. Like all body shops this shop had a backlog of work due to the number of cars in the area with hail damage. I just wanted the car repaired so the body shop recommended The Golden Hammer.
I met Gary and he was confident he could repair all the hail damage. If the body shop replaced the roof, it would not be like the factory installed roof so we decided to go with Gary. Gary kept us up-to-date during the repairs and he was able to do all the repairs in about 10 days as he promised. The body shop would have had our car 1 month.
I'd never heard of PDR so I was anxious the first time I saw the car. I was amazed (and still am) Gary repaired all the hail damage. Gary did a fantastic job. I highly recommend The Golden Hammer.”

“IF YOU LIVE IN OR NEAR BOULDER, between the small parking spaces around town and our infamous hail, in all likelihood you need some form of car dent removal. GOLDEN HAMMER IS YOUR PLACE!
I had some door dings that I was sick of looking at every time I got into my car (and even sicker every month when I made a car pymnt). Gary removed them in no time, and to my wonderful surprise he took care of all the other door dings around my car! And!, if that isn't enough, he popped out a pretty significant dent in my rear panel and polished it! I literally cannot even tell there was any damage! I went in this morning with dents galore and drove away 80 minutes later with a smooth, shiny car. Great, easy location and Gary is kind, professional and a fun conversationalist.
Most affordable place I have found in Boulder and I checked 3 other places! The entire experience - from scheduling to getting the work done to driving away a very happy customer - I would not have changed a thing. I'm thrilled.
I would not hesitate for a moment to let Gary fix a dent for me when the unfortunate opportunity arises again.

“I highly recommend Gary at Golden Hammer!!
He went out of his way to help me on a weekend when I had an emergency and couldn’t close my automatic door all the way to my mini van- I have to drive around my 3 small children and was nervous to wait to get it repaired while I had to drive the car with them in it and we’ve been having snowy cold weather. He fixed it in minutes.. I was so grateful for his help. He was very generous with his time and energy- very communicative, reliable, kind, cheerful, honest. Father of 3 little ones- a solid family man.. his family is awesome!
